You will be picked from your hotel in the morning and we will start our journey first with some Yoga. You will be taught Yoga by a professional teacher according to your level. Whatever Yoga level you are basic, intermediate or advance. Our teachers are great and have achieved a lot of medals in their Yoga journey. They will be teaching you about Hatha Yoga, Astang Yoga, Chakras, Dhyan (meditation) and acupuncture points according to your levels. After our yoga session we will go to the famous Govind Dev ji temple of God Krishna to attend the Aarti. Later you will be dropped back to your hotel.
